We design by merging contextual understanding with computational and technological thinking, where culture, place, and logic inform form.
Our practice explores architecture as an evolving dialogue between tradition and innovation, intuition and data, human experience and advanced design systems
Architecture, for us, is a cultural act shaped through contemporary tools.
Marota Tower
Set within the ecologically rich Cactus Orchards of Damascus, this landmark project embodies the profound dialogue between architecture and its site through a design inspired by the Cactus Flower. The project’s conceptual framework is defined by a dual-system approach: a disciplined, solid internal core—symbolizing the city's historical endurance—paired with a dynamic, organic external envelope that mimics a blossoming flower to represent a future of prosperity. This kinetic facade hosts a series of lush hanging gardens and terraces, seamlessly integrating biophilic design with structural innovation. By harmonizing the traditional masonry techniques of Syrian heritage (Al-Madameek) with a sleek, contemporary aesthetic, the development stands as a bridge between the authentic legacy of Damascus and the progressive vision of a modern state.

As a premier mixed-use landmark, the tower integrates luxury residential living, state-of-the-art office spaces, and high-end retail, all unified by a commitment to sustainable design and environmental harmony. This is most visible in its elevated green terraces, which provide a lush, natural sanctuary amidst the glass and steel of the city.
